My name is Hannah Taylor, although I did not attend Slocomb High School, I was raised in the area with my family farm about 15 minutes away from campus. My grandfather actually attended Slocomb! After high school, I attended Berry College in Rome, GA for a year and worked on the dairy as a student worker. I transferred to Auburn (War Eagle) the following year and continued to specialize in dairy cattle. I spent 6 weeks in New Mexico learning from the best professors in the nation while completing hands on activities to learn all I could. After I graduated, I realized that my favorite part of undergraduate was teaching students about dairy cows, so I decided to get my Masters in science education.
