I grew up in Geneva County and graduated from Geneva High School. I knew then that I had a passion for music and helping others. My passions grew during my membership with the Auburn bands throughout college. 

My college experience gave me the opportunity to be in classrooms from 1st through 5th grade. After working with kids at every level, my love remained in 3rd grade. I am ecstatic to be continuing my professional career in third grade!

Following my graduation from Auburn, I moved to Eufaula to teach. During my year there, I made amazing new friends, but I was longing to be closer to my family. This led my move to Enterprise where I live with my lovely furbabies, Daphne and Luke.

I am excited to be here in Samson! Go Tigers!
