I am so excited about being your child’s teacher this year at GCES! I look forward to a wonderful year of new relationships, lots of learning, and adventures! It is my hope to help instill a love for learning in each one of my students. Thank you for trusting me with your child's learning and safety. I am honored to be a part of their journey.

I am a 1977 graduate of Geneva High School. I married my high school sweetheart, John Mark (Johnny) Johnson, in July 1980.  In 1983, we were  blessed with a son, Mark. In July 1984, my husband was killed in an automobile accident.  I remarried in 1990 to Kim Brown. In 1992, we were blessed with a daughter, Jaden. Our greatest joy was when we became Gram and Bop to the best grandson and granddaughter ever!! Kim and I were married for 31 years before his passing in September of 2021.
